Wow I seem to have stirred the natives into a frenzy on Fulhamweb with the word"pleb" Perhaps 3 wins in a row has then all fired up! Fair warning, you might have to use your super moderator skills if they are unable to grasp that I wasn't trying to offend them.

I have just read that, maybe that is where they sit. I am not going to say anything on Fulhamweb but I thought Pleb meant one of the less than ordinary people so I looked it up and this is what my dictionary says;
Plebeian, a. belonging to the common people; low or rough. also offens. sl. pleb
They will calm down soon. If they think you sit in the Riverside then they have no idea where you live.

I think Hints may have been referring to Plebiscite which is anyone who can take part in a referendum/vote, etc. however, if you hit Synonyms on your computer for Plebian you will get one of the common people, blue collar worker, etc. Either way it's nothing to get stirred up about ;-))
