I think we have to give him the job until the end of the season, who else is available? I don't think you can blame Kit. His heart is in the right place, its not his fault that there is no money to spend. We sold 75% of our squad from last season without buying any quality. I think Khan has to start investing into the squad with proven quality rather than free or loan signing.

He should stay this season imho, at least to see out our survival. We're going to need an injection of quality (of some level) over the summer and kit won't be the right guy I feel to oversee that.
BUT if khan and his mates in the board have no intention of spending any money....then it might make sense to keep him. Not what I want to see, no way, but it would make sense if the budget is another big fat £0.

I'm caught in two minds, as I believe the club needs a bit of stability and familiarity. However, Kit needs to shake up his tactics. I'm surprised Kit has stuck with the compact diamond he likes to play. Yes, it worked in the beginning for him, but you can't play the same way against all 23 other teams in this league, and teams will and have began to figure us out, as there's no differentiation in formation or tactics. I would've thought we'd have seen more of the 4-4-1-1 / 4-2-3-1 that Kit had so much success with when coaching the under 21's. In reality not much has changed to the way Magath set up, just different players being used. Well done for Kit motivating and finding some stability amongst the group, but now he needs to find a way to take Fulham to the next level and stamp his own authority and style on the team.

I voted no. He has done what was required by stabilising and motivating the squad but I don't think he is the man to take us much further. However, there is a perfectly good argument for keeping him on for the remainder of the season. As has been said, it looks as though there is no money and we are a good bet to stay at this level (the only other chance is being relegated) so why change now? I suspect Khan is sick and tired of hiring and firing and paying off managers so he is looking for stability. He has probably paid out more in compensation to managers/coachs than he has for players! We all know we have a lightweight squad in terms of quality but if we can finish mid table I am hoping with a new leader and some of the parachute payment to bolster our squad in the summer, a better season 15/16 is likely.

Do you still feel the same now we are five points off relegation and 17 from the playoffs Hints? Just wondered. Well as I said I voted no so I'm not going to change that. The problem is the closer we get to the end of season the more desperate we get for both points and someone to save us. If we are going to change it needs to be done sooner rather than later.

We are in a relegation battle....simple! If we lose the next two games we are in serious trouble. The confidence could get shot and we can plummet into league one. If Kit goes who came come in? There are not a lot of top managers that will want to go to Fulham out there at the moment.

I agree Derek that there not a lot of top managers out there but I would suggest that most of them would rather be employed, even at Fulham than kicking their heels at home. Of course that said, if they have a discussion with Rigg/MacIntosh/Khan and think it's too hard i guess they would then walk away.
